What to include in your notice
Your details: full name, role/organization, and contact information.
Identification of the copyrighted work: title and a link to the original work or other proof of ownership.
Location of the allegedly infringing content: exact URLs on our site/service (one per line).
Good-faith statement:
“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
Accuracy & authority statement:
“The information in this notice is accurate, and I am the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.”
Date and signature (a typed signature is acceptable).
We will review your submission and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the reported content. We may contact you for additional information.
Counter-Notice (for the uploader)
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to dmcainqueries@proton.me including:
Your contact information.
The content’s URL before removal.
A statement under penalty of perjury that the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts at your residence (or where we are located) and your agreement to accept service of process from the complainant.
